Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the item(s) for a full refund. To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return.
Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Please make sure to package the item(s) securely and include the original packing slip. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return policy requirements. Upon approval, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Shipping Costs
If your order qualified for free shipping and you are returning part or all of your order, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. If you are returning a defective or damaged item, we will refund the original shipping cost.
